The Wellness Architect connects companies to meaningful corporate wellness solutions through Rooted in Wellness, a nonprofit organization delivering programs that support healthier employees, stronger workplace culture, and greater community impact.
Our corporate wellness services are designed around your employees’ unique needs, health concerns, lifestyle changes, and wellness goals. Our mission is to make corporate wellness easier to access, easier to implement, and more meaningful. Through The Wellness Architect’s strategic coordination and Rooted in Wellness’ community-centered programming, companies can invest in employee health while also supporting broader community wellness through corporate social responsibility. For every dollar invested in your employees, 15 cents is then invested back into the community, providing underserved individuals and families with the same access to wellness programs and initiatives that you are providing your team members and their families with. This becomes a tax deduction for your company--putting your philanthropy to work!

What is Corporate Social Responsibility?
At Rooted in Wellness, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just an external initiative—it’s woven into the fabric of who we are. Our nonprofit was founded on the belief that every person deserves access to the knowledge, nourishment, and community support needed to live a healthy, empowered life.
That belief extends to how we collaborate, lead, and grow. CSR guides our partnerships, programs, and practices, ensuring every action we take is rooted in accountability to the greater good. Whether it’s creating wellness programs for cancer patients, delivering peer-to-peer education, supporting underserved children to attend summer camps or strengthening local food systems, we operate with integrity, compassion, and community-first thinking.
